(Certificate of State Registration of Print Media: Series КВ № 24259-14099Р) is calling for submissions of original papers. “Ukrainian Journal of Sinology Studies” (UJSS) an international and interdisciplinary open-access, peer-reviewed academic journal publishing original research articles and significant contributions to Chinese Studies.
The “Ukrainian Journal of Sinology Studies” founded by the Chinese Language Teachers Association of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Confucius Institute at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine), Center for Chinese Studies at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University (Ukraine), Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (Beijing, PRC). UJSS welcomes contributions from scholars, researchers, postgraduate students, and Chinese language teachers working on relevant aspects within the scope of the journal.
Scope/Coverage. Both conceptual and empirical submissions are invited to explore Chinese Studies from various theoretical and practical lenses. Coverage includes, but is not limited to, the following research topics:
- Chinese linguistics and Chinese teaching as a foreign language (including embracing approaches from theoretical and applied linguistics, sociolinguistics, educational psychology, and information technologies applied to foreign language learning);
- Researches on the international promotion of Chinese language and culture;
- Chinese literature and philosophy;
- Current issues of Chinese history;
- Analysis of the modern development of the People’s Republic of China (including sociology, economy and political studies).

Submission. All the papers for the “UKRAINIAN JOURNAL OF SINOLOGY STUDIES” shall be submitted on e-mail: sinology.journal@gmail.com. Deadline of submission: 31 March 2020.
There are no submission fees, publication fees or page charges for the “UKRAINIAN JOURNAL OF SINOLOGY STUDIES”. The language of the publication is English.
Full submission details are in the author’s guidelines. All submissions will be subject to a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, with one or more of the guest editors acting as action editor.
